Using a spy-themed format, children learn to recognise emotions, manage anxiety and anger, communicate effectively, and build friendships. Parent involvement is included to support skill use outside of sessions.

Grounded in a biopsychosocial understanding of pain, it includes pain education, coping strategies, and supported self-management approaches. Draws on evidence-based therapies including CBT, ACT, and Pain Reprocessing Therapy principles.
This Dialectical Behaviour Therapy program teaches practical skills across four core areas: mindfulness, emotional regulation, distress tolerance, and interpersonal effectiveness. Participants are supported to apply these skills to everyday challenges including emotional overwhelm, relationship difficulties, and stress.
