About Matthew
Matthew is a Registered Psychologist registered with AHPRA who takes an individualised approach to therapy, tailoring support to each person’s unique needs. He focuses on building a collaborative and trusting therapeutic relationship, delivering targeted interventions, and helping persons enhance both emotional wellbeing and everyday functioning. Matthew draws on evidence-based approaches to support individuals in developing insight, autonomy, and practical skills.
Matthew has experience supporting persons presenting with anxiety, depression and low mood, ADHD, PTSD, stress and burnout, adjustment/life transitions, career concerns, and relationship challenges. In addition, Matthew’s background includes working in high-pressure environments, including elite sport, which has given him a strong understanding of stress, performance, identity, and self-expectations.
