About Caitlin

Caitlin is a Provisional Psychologist currently completing the final stages of her training. She has several years of experience working in the mental health sector, including roles within not-for-profit organisations and high school settings, where she facilitated group mental health and wellbeing programs.

Caitlin aims to create a warm, judgement-free space where clients feel heard, supported, and safe. She takes a flexible, collaborative approach and tailors therapy to suit each individual’s unique experiences, strengths and goals, utilising evidence-based strategies and practical tools. Caitlin is interested in working with clients across the lifespan and has particular interests in anxiety, depression, self-esteem, identity, and emotional wellbeing.
