CBT Group Therapy
Our CBT group sessions is an ideal way to learn and become skilled in the use of CBT. Each of our therapists use CBT in individual therapy sessions but there is not always enough time to cover CBT in detail due to situational problems our clients usually need to discuss. The group therapy sessions are therefore excellent because we solely focus on CBT which will help you become skilled in managing your thoughts, feelings and behaviour.
The group is run by our Clinical Psychologist, Irene. Email us if you would like to be added to waiting list for the CBT group.
